Those who are healthy tend to be happier and healthier individuals and thus live longer.

This resulted in her experiencing more panic attacks as the stress levels within her remained high.
People must learn to release negative emotions in healthy ways. If the individual feels depressed, they should take steps to change this. They should try to develop a positive outlook on life. They should learn to meditate or talk about things that inspire them. These activities will help the individual get rid of the negative emotions that affect their mental health. When an individual lets go of the power that the negative emotions gives them over their life, they become free and they can move on to better physical health.
When we allow our emotions to rule our lives, we become miserable and stressed. This often leads to an array of physical ailments. An example is overeating. Overeating is a form of self-emotional eating. It results in the accumulation of food in the body. This allows the person to gain weight and become obese.
Another way that the impact of self-emotional eating can affect our physical health is through our emotions. Studies have shown that there are a variety of unhealthy relationships between the self and our emotions. One such relationship is the relationship between the self-esteem and the self-emotional health. If we do not feel good about ourselves, then we are likely to eat more. We do not exercise because we are worried that we will fail. As a result, we put on weight and become unhealthy.
The impact of self-emotional eating is even greater when the individual with the condition also suffers from anxiety and depression. Both of these conditions make it difficult for the person to be able to make sound decisions. This, in turn, causes the person to engage in the unhealthy habit of emotional eating which increases the likelihood that the condition will progress into a more severe condition.
